Our Esthetics Program

At ALLURE Institute of Beauty, our program is intentionally structured to guide students from foundational training to confident career readiness. Each phase builds on the last so graduates leave prepared not only to pass their licensing exam, but to succeed in the beauty industry. Our unique 3-Phase program consist of:

Phase 1 — Foundations

Students learn the core principles of esthetics, including skin science, sanitation, safety, and fundamental facial techniques. This phase builds strong technical habits and confidence in the treatment room.

Phase 2 — Skill Development

Students refine their hands-on abilities while expanding into more advanced treatments. Focus is placed on client consultations, service flow, and developing professionalism.

Phase 3 — Licensing & Career Preparation

The final phase focuses on state board preparation and career success. Students receive licensing exam review along with training in marketing, business development, financial literacy, and client relations to help them confidently enter the industry.
